AI Automation & Software Studio

Turn Repetitive Work Into Real Business Growth.

We design and implement AI workflows that connect your tools, automate repetitive operations, and give your team more time to focus on work that matters.

Custom-built for your process. Tested with your tools. Designed around real business needs.

  • Built around the tools you already use
  • Human approval on sensitive actions
  • Execution logs and error visibility

The problem

Your Team Shouldn't Be Doing the Same Work Twice.

  1. 1

    Repetitive manual work

Copying details between tools, processing enquiries by hand, and repeating the same routine steps every day.

  2. 2

    Disconnected systems

Important information is scattered across forms, email, spreadsheets and CRM systems, so nobody has the full picture.

  3. 3

    Content and operational bottlenecks

Preparation, review, approvals and reporting wait on one person, and the queue grows.

What Adraea builds

Automation That Fits Your Business — Not the Other Way Around.

Each engagement starts from one defined workflow. You get the problem, what we implement, and the outcome you should expect.

AI Workflow Automation

01

Problem: Structured work is copied from one tool to another by hand, and failures go unnoticed.

  • Connect APIs and the applications you already use
  • Automate structured, repetitive business processes
  • Error handling and execution monitoring built in

Outcome: Fewer manual handoffs, and failed steps are visible instead of silent.

AI Content Workflows

02

Problem: Drafts, reviews and approvals wait on the same few people.

  • Generate content drafts from your brief
  • Apply brand-specific guidance
  • Route every draft through human approval before anything is published

Outcome: Faster first drafts, with a person signing off what goes out. Publishing is connected only where it is configured and tested.

Lead Management Automation

03

Problem: Enquiries arrive through forms, email and chat, and some get lost or answered late.

  • Capture enquiries from supported forms and webhooks
  • Organise lead information in one place
  • Notify the right team member
  • Follow-up actions only when authorised and configured

Outcome: Every enquiry is recorded and routed to someone responsible.

Custom AI Integration

04

Problem: You want AI features inside your own product, not in a separate tool.

  • Integrate LLM APIs into your existing product
  • Build backend endpoints and business logic
  • Connect AI capabilities to the applications you run

Outcome: AI capability inside the product you already have, without a platform rebuild.

Interactive demonstration

Follow one enquiry through a workflow.

Every workflow begins with a clear trigger, defined actions, and predictable handling of errors.

TriggerIllustrative sample data

Website enquiry

A visitor submits the contact form. This starts the workflow.

The form sends a structured payload: name, work email, workflow type and the description of the task. Nothing else is read from the visitor's browser.

If something goes wrong: If the request cannot be read, it is logged and the team is alerted. Nothing is silently dropped.

This is an illustrative front-end simulation. It uses sample data, contacts no external service and does not reflect a live system or real customer activity.

Why Adraea

Engineered for Real Operations. Built Around Your Process.

  • A clear implementation scope, agreed before any build starts
  • Integration with the tools your team actually uses
  • Human approval for sensitive or outbound actions where it matters
  • Execution logs and error visibility, so failures are seen and explained
  • Testing against agreed sample scenarios before handover
  • Practical documentation your team can keep using
  • A phased approach: one workflow first, then expand only if it works

A good workflow often uses the applications and APIs you already have. We do not ask you to move to a new system to get started.

How a workflow is structured
  1. Input
  2. Workflow engine
  3. AI / business logic
  4. Validation
  5. Output

Illustrative structure. The actual components depend on your tools and the workflow agreed at the design stage.

How it works

Four steps from a repeated task to a working workflow.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the current process and identify a repetitive task worth automating.

  2. 02

    Design

Define triggers, conditions, integrations, expected outputs and failure handling.

  3. 03

    Build & Test

Implement the workflow and test it against agreed sample scenarios.

  4. 04

    Launch & Improve

Deploy the agreed solution, provide handover documentation, and resolve any issues included in the agreed scope.

Start with the step that matters most: a conversation about the one workflow costing your team the most time.

Demonstrations and proof

What we have built, and what is still in progress.

We do not show client results we cannot verify. These are the technical demonstrations and internal projects we can describe accurately today.

Internal beta

Adraea research workspace

What was built
A searchable workspace for reviewing e-commerce product data, with filtering and a dense results view.
Problem it addresses
Product research done by hand across scattered sources and spreadsheets.
What was tested
Used in internal beta testing.
What remains incomplete
Production readiness is not yet verified for external clients. It is not offered as a self-service product.
Technical demonstration

Interactive workflow on this page

What was built
A front-end simulation of a website enquiry moving through validation, AI classification, human review and a CRM record.
Problem it addresses
Showing how a workflow is structured, and where a person stays in control.
What was tested
Runs in the browser with sample data. It contacts no external service.
What remains incomplete
Illustrative only. It is not connected to a live CRM or email system.
Technical demonstration

Enquiry handling for this website

What was built
A contact form that validates input, blocks simple bot submissions, and sends the enquiry to the Adraea team mailbox.
Problem it addresses
Making sure a real enquiry is delivered rather than lost, and that the visitor is told the truth about what happened.
What was tested
Validation, error states and the mail send path were tested during development.
What remains incomplete
Email delivery depends on the mail server configuration. Replies go to the team mailbox, not to a CRM yet.

First step

Start With One Workflow.

You do not need a platform rebuild to begin. We pick one repetitive process and deliver it properly, so you see how we work before anything bigger is discussed.

The scope and price are confirmed with you before implementation starts. We do not quote a package price before we understand the workflow.

No commitment to a full platform rebuild. We start with a clearly defined business problem.

  1. 1

We scope one automation together, with the trigger, actions and expected output written down.

  2. 2

We agree how it should behave, including what happens when something fails.

  3. 3

We implement and test it against the agreed scenarios.

  4. 4

We document the result and hand it over.

FAQ

Still unsure? Send us the workflow in the form and we will reply with what we would need to know.

Structured, repeatable processes: moving data between tools, processing enquiries, routing requests, preparing content drafts for review, and producing routine reports. We look at each process before recommending anything.

Discuss your workflow

Tell us the task that costs your team the most time.

Describe it in your own words. We will reply to discuss whether it is a good first workflow, what we would need to know, and what the next step looks like. There is no obligation to proceed.

  • Replies come from the Adraea team, not an automated sequence.
